Welcome to the FSCJ Surgical Technology Program!  We are very excited to have you join us in the 2021 Graduating Class!

We have developed this web page to simplify the tasks required to bring you onboard by the first day of class on January 11. Please follow the instructions below carefully.

Please review the 2020-2021 Surgical Technology Program Handbook linked to the right.

Please scan and email the completed and signed forms at the end of the Handbook to Mitessa.jones@fscj.edu by Friday, December 10, 2020. Please name each form as follows: last name. first name and name of form. Please scan and name each form individually rather than in a batch scan so that the forms can be saved in specific online folders.

Please submit uniform/ID package directly to the company representative, Jon Brody. The email address is located on order form. All order forms will be due January 8, 2020.
